PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and easily record a hit position of a ball during golf play. SOLUTION: A golf play information recording system is provided with: a position information acquiring means 15 for acquiring position information on itself by communicating with a GPS satellite 5; a position information recording means 16 for recording the position information; a layout information recording means 26 for recording information on a layout image capable of visually recognizing a layout of holes of a golf course together with information on its latitude and its longitude; and a hit orbit display processing means 27 for displaying a hit orbit by plotting the position information on the layout image.
