PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissolve dirt of feet or the like in the bathtub can be decomposed or demuted, and disperse electrolytic water flowing into the bathtub uniformly in the bathtub in a short time, and in massaging, perform effective massage with a large amount of bubbles, and during generation of electrolytic water, prevent lowering of generation efficiency of electrolytic water due to the large amount of bubbles to effectively generate electrolytic water. SOLUTION: A foot bathing device includes a bathtub 6, an electrolytic water generator 14 for supplying electrolytic water into the bathtub and a bubble generator 20 for generating bubbles in the bathtub, wherein the bubble generator generates bubbles not only in massaging with bubbles but in generating electrolytic water.
