PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dedusting cleaner consisting of a tacky adhesive tape having excellent tackiness and dedusting efficiency. SOLUTION: Hollow spherical particulates of a thermoplastic resin having elasticity and a tacky adhesive are uniformly mixed to form a tacky adhesive composition and this composition is applied to one surface of a base material to form a tacky adhesive tape. Such tacky adhesive tape is wound by positioning its tacky adhesive layer on the outer side to form the wound body of the tacky adhesive tape, by which the dedusting cleaner is obtained.
