PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting balloon rich in visibility and an idea by brightly emitting the light from the whole balloon body. SOLUTION: This light emitting balloon is composed of the proper-shaped balloon body 1 having a gas blowing-in part 1a, a gas injection valve 2 detachably fitted to and installed in the gas blowing-in part 1a, opened when injecting gas into the balloon body 1, and having a valve 2f closed after injecting the gas, a light emitting means 3 arranged in the gas injection valve 2, and having a light emitting part 7 in the balloon body 1, and a battery 6 for lighting the light emitting part 7. Since the whole balloon body 1 brightly emits the light by a lens effect by reflecting the light diffused from the light emitting part 7 by an inside surface of the balloon body 1, the light emitting balloon rich in visibility and an idea can be obtained.
