PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic water activator wherein lines of magnetic force leaked to the outside of a holding body are reduced and magnetic field generated at an axial center part is increased. SOLUTION: A tubular thick holding body 3 made of an elastic material having a slit 2 formed on one part in the circumferential direction, extending in the longitudinal direction and having an inside diameter to be attachable to a faucet is provided. A pair of ferromagnetic bodies 4a, 4b extending in the longitudinal direction are buried nearly to face each other at a position making a nearly right angle to a direction from the axial center 6 to the slit 2 of the holding body 3, and a tubular magnetism insulation cover 5 covering the outer circumference of the holding body 3, having a wide slit 7 formed at a position corresponding to the slit 2 and made from an elastic material is provided on the outer circumference of the holding body 3.
