PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a legless chair capable of stably holding the attitude of the legless chair even if the back part is fallen backward. SOLUTION: This legless chair 1 has a seat part 2 and the back part 3, the back part 3 being tiltably mounted on the rear end of the seat part 2. A weight 5 is placed on a seat frame 4 to be longitudinally slidable, and a link member 11 mounted on the lower end part of a back frame 6 by a pin 10 and a connecting link 12 protruded from the weight 5 are mutually connected by a pin 13. When the back part 3 is tilted backward, the weight 5 is moved in an arrowed direction B1 according to the tilting angle, and the center of gravity of the chair 1 is moved forward.
