PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of construction materials and the construction materials manufactured by the manufacturing method are provided to obtain beautiful and nature-friendly external appearance, reduce the manufacturing cost, and enable a long-term use, by manufacturing flooring materials with an upper bamboo plate having relatively thin thickness. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of construction materials comprises steps of steaming bamboo(S11); forming the steamed bamboo in a slice layer relatively thin, to have predetermined thickness and width(S12); adhering a nonwoven fabric to a side of the slice layer to manufacture an upper plate(S13); and combining a lower plate with predetermined thickness to the upper plate(S15). An intermediate plate is interposed between the upper and lower plates and the intermediate plate is adhered to the surface forming the non-woven fabric(S14).
