The invention relates to a rubber closing slide gate meant for water supplying distribution urban networks for irrigation and for supplying other working fluids. According to the invention, the valve comprises a slide (2) having a rubber jacket (7), said slide (2) being provided on each front side (f) with some upper sealing surfaces (j) in the shape of an annular circular sector, with some sides (k) tangent to a predetermined angle (alpha) crossing some surfaces (r) tangent to a cylindrical flow area (a), a radial sealing lip (o) located on a circular arc having the same radius as the radius of the flow area, in a lateral extension said lip having a linear edge at a predetermined angle (beta), over the crossing area on lateral sides there being provided some pockets (w) each having four edges (z) on the square outline, some recesses (x), wherein the rubber jacket (7) is thicker in order to avoid the collapsing of the pockets (w), being provided under said pockets (w).
