Solid material comprising sand or gravel, a resin and a perfume is new. An Independent claim is also included for production of the material by mixing the sand or gravel with the resin, pouring the resulting mortar into waxed molds, compacting and leveling the mortar with a float at 15-25degreesC, optionally keeping the molds at 30-50degreesC for 12-24 hours, and optionally heating the molds in an oven at 70-100degreesC. The perfume is either added with the resin or applied to the finished products with a roller.
