PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide facsimile equipment for eliminating the need for inputting the setting of the telephone number of one's party and transmission time every time when a facsimile document is transmitted, eliminating the need for mounting a memory for storing transmission destination information in the facsimile equipment, eliminating the need for selecting desired information from information on one's party being registered by others, and further preventing the memory for storing the information on one's party from being used by others by specifying the transmission destination from information being stored in a portable terminal. SOLUTION: The facsimile equipment 101 for receiving the facsimile document using a telephone line 110 has a communication means for transmitting and receiving information with external information terminal equipment in addition to the telephone line 110, and controls the transmission of the facsimile document according to information being inputted from the external information terminal equipment.
