PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To release indoor air to the atmosphere without opening and closing glass in this skylight window construction forming on the roof of a house. SOLUTION: A skylight A is provided with a fixed portion 3 fixing a glass 2 and an opening 4 permitting the flow of air at a predetermined position of a side surface 1a below the glass 2 at a support frame 1. A wing 12b is provided in a rotary manner as a lid member to an opening portion 4, and a shape memory alloy 13 and a bias spring 15 are provided. When the indoor air temperature reaches a temperature recovering the memorized shape, the shape memory alloy 13 recovers the memorized shape and opens the opening portion 4 by rotating the wing 12b. When the temperature drops, the wing 12b rotates by an urging force of the bias spring 14 and the opening 4 is closed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
