PURPOSE: A polymer/ceramic composite capacitor film is provided to improve a dielectric characteristic and an electric characteristic by mixing and drying ceramic powders, polymer resin, solvent, dispersing agents, and potential thermosetting agents. CONSTITUTION: A polymer/ceramic composite capacitor film is a state of a B-stage of the thickness below 25 micro meter by mixing and drying ceramic powders, polymer resin, solvent, dispersing agents, and potential thermosetting agents. The polymer resin is formed by mixing the thermosetting resin and the thermoplastic resin. The thermoplastic resin is formed with polyester, polypropylene oxide, poly-acrylate, polyvinylidene fluoride, or phenoxy resin. The thermosetting resin is formed with epoxy, polyimde, or polyester.
