PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a cationic electrodeposition coating which excels in corrosion prevention, finishing behavior, and coating stability without containing a lead compound in forming coating films of automotive bodies and parts, and a coated product. SOLUTION: The cationic electrodeposition coating 1 comprises 0.1-20 pts.wt. pigment (A) obtained by treating talc with an aluminum compound, based on 100 pts.wt. sum of the solid contents of a base resin and a blocked polyisocyanate curing agent. The cationic electrodeposition coating 2 further comprises, 0.1-20 pts.wt. at least one kind of an antimony compound (B) and/or a bismuth compound (C), based on 100 pts.wt. sum of the solid contents of the base resin and the curing agent.
