<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system for easily and conveniently managing entrance/exit of workers without installing equipment, etc., at a construction site and for referring to a progress state of processes as well. <P>SOLUTION: Representative structure of an entrance/exit management system is provided with a first data base in which at least site information and worker information are preliminarily registered, a second data base for storing entrance/ exit records at least including a site ID, a worker ID and time information of the entrance and exit, a communication means connectable with a terminal, a transmission/reception server that transmits prescribed information for an operation picture to be displayed on the terminal and receive the prescribed information from the terminal.
