PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a BWB transmission wiring design system capable of guaranteeing the super-high speed operation of a whole system constituted of especially a BWB and a plurality of print circuit boards mounted on the BWB. SOLUTION: In this BWB transmission wiring design system equipped with a managing means for executing the wiring management of a whole BWB system constituted of a plurality of substrates and a design means for individually designing the wiring of each of the plurality of substrates while communicating with the managing means, the managing means presents a predetermined design target value of the whole BWB system to the design means, and presents the judgement result of the validity/invalidity of the achievement of the design target value based on the design information successively distributed from the design means, and the design means completes its own wiring design while referring to the presented design target value and the judgement result.
