PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of a Perilla frutescens var. acuta extract which contains a large quantity of beta-carotin, and is easily taken and removed from unpleasant smell peculiar to Perilla frutescens var. acuta. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a Perilla frutescens var. acuta extract comprises the steps of: pretreating collected Perilla frutescens var. acuta by washing, drying and pulverization; mixing 900-1100 part by weight of the pulverized Perilla frutescens var. acuta with 50-60 part by weight of cinnamon and 50-60 part by weight of Angelica uchiyamana; extracting the mixture in water by double-boiling; and cooling, filtering and packing the obtained extract. |
