摘要	PURPOSE: A device and a method for transmitting data of a CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) communication system are provided to improve the processing efficiency by generating a byte arranged MuxPDU. CONSTITUTION: A MuxPDU is generated by receiving a data block to transmit to a physical channel. Padding bits for a byte-arrangement is added to the MuxPDU. An LTU(Logical Transmission Unit) is generated by inserting a CRC(Cyclic Redundancy Code) to the byte-arranged MuxPDUs. A physical channel frame is generated by inserting the LTUs in an information bit stream.
