PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel structure in which wiring for a household electrical appliance or the like is conducted freely without damaging the design properties of a wall surface in a habitable space such as a living room and a shelf board can be arranged at a desired place. SOLUTION: In a large panel 4, a plurality of small panels 6 are installed detachably at intervals 7, in which the shelf boards 8 are inserted, fixing sections 12 for fixing members 11 for fixing the shelf boards are mounted at the places of the large panel 4 placed on the rears of the shelf boards 8 at proper intervals and sites 13 capable of being fixed by the members 11 are secured in response to the intervals of the fixing sections 12 on the rear sections of the shelf boards 8. Notched sections 10, through which the wiring 9 for the household electrical appliance or the like can be passed, are formed to the shelf boards 8, and the wiring 9 drawn out from spaces among the large panel 4 and a plurality of the small panels 6 can further be drawn out at the desired places of the shelf boards 8.
