PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and integrally construct an information system without depending on a platform or on contents and the like of target task processing. SOLUTION: In a framework 1 constructed of a client 10 and a server 20, the client 10 includes a Http client 120 and the like and a Net client 130 and the like, and the server 20 is constructed of a control layer 200 for performing connection control based on communication with the client 10, a business logic layer 400 for executing fixed task processing, and the like. The control layer 200 is constructed of an Http server 200 processing a request from the Http client 120 and the like, a network server 240 requiring processing from the business logic layer 400 and acquiring its response while processing a request from the Net client 130 and the like, and a common module 230 connecting the servers 220 and 240 together.
