<p>The invention relates to a mobile arm car for handling the casting ladle, meant for the manual precision casting of small-scale and small-size metal parts. According to the invention, the car comprises a metal car (A) and a handling arm (B) consisting of a Y-shaped sliding fork-frame (1) which is hand-operated for moving the casting ladle (a) vertically by a lifting mechanism (2) comprising a drum (b) rotated by means of a gearing (a) which ends by a handling wheel (e), a chain (f) guided by some sprocket wheels (g) being wound onto the drum (b), the frame (1) being centered by a vertical support (3). The lifting mechanism (2) and the vertical support (3) are fastened on a supporting bracket (5) which, in its turn, is fastened on a U-shaped moving metal frame (7) of the car (A). A swing mechanism (11) is mounted on the sliding frame (1), said mechanism having a supporting frame (s) for the casting ladle (a), the rotation being performed by using some handling wheels (u).</p> |
