PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conjugate of Tat<SB>49-57</SB>peptide or a peptide chain containing the Tat<SB>49-57</SB>peptide with a biodegradable aliphatic polyester polymer and a nanoparticle produced by using the same. SOLUTION: The nanoparticle effectively exhibits membrane permeation performances of the Tat<SB>49-57</SB>peptide and the intracellular permeability can be enhanced by exposing the Tat peptide moiety on the surface thereof.
