PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem when an indoor side opening part of the exhaust duct is closed by the rotary lid, the rotary lid has low airtightness, the outdoor cold air is easily blown into a room, and it is thus required to increase the airtightness. SOLUTION: A swing lid 24 is provided in an outlet of a first duct 26 as well as the rotary lid 23. The swing lid 24 is forcedly opened/closed by interlocked with the rotary lid 23 via a link 25. Figure (a) shows a fully opened state and Figure (b) shows the fully closed state. The double shutoff of the rotary lid 23 and the swing lid 24 greatly improves the shutoff performance so as to greatly reduce the blowing from the outdoor side to the indoor side.
