PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain vibration by changing the characteristic frequency of a shock absorber. SOLUTION: The shock absorber is prevented from resonating with the vibration of the whole of a suspension device by changing the characteristic frequency of the shock absorber by providing the shock absorber with a dynamic damper as a vibration restraining device 70. The shock absorber can be prevented from resonating attendant with the vibration of the suspension device, resulting in the avoidance of an increase in the amplitude of vibration.
