PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical apparatus capable of easily adjusting the inclination of an optical holding member by an eccentric roller even for a non-linear cam other than a lead cam. SOLUTION: The optical apparatus is characterized in that a biasing member is arranged to adjust the inclination without making the optical holding member eccentric at the adjusting time in the case of adjusting the inclination by using the eccentric roller whose part intruding into the roller base of the roller to hold the optical holding member is eccentric, and the biasing member is detached in real using state.
