PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid-movement confirmation apparatus for confirming a movement of a fluid such as cooling water or the like by a simple and low- cost means. SOLUTION: Used cooling water UW is discharged from a lower end LE of a support pipe 35a via a lower end part of a first pipeline member PM1 so as to be guided to a second pipeline member PM2 via a receiver port AP of a receptive member 35b. At this time, by a gap formed between the lower end LE of the support pipe 35a and an upper end UE of the receptive member 35b, whether the used cooling water UW discharged from the member PM1 is present or not is visually observed directly, and a bearing part or the like attached to a drive unit of an agitating element for a reaction tank is operated safely for many hours without being burned.
