PURPOSE: A paper feeding device for an ink jet facsimile is provided to feed recording papers and document papers without a skew by using one motor. CONSTITUTION: A paper feeding device includes a recording paper feeding section(160) and a document feeding section(170). The recording paper feeding section(160) has a feed roller(131), an ASF roller(132), gears, and a first swing arm. The document feeding section(170) includes an ADF roller(122), a white roller(121), gears and a second swing arm. A power switching device is provided to selectively transfer rotational force of a feeding motor(300) to the recording paper feeding section(160) or the document feeding section(170). The power switching device has a first swing gear, second swing gear, a third swing arm, a torsion spring(320) and a rotating device. The first swing gear is installed between the feeding motor(300) and the second swing gear in order to transfer rotational force of the feeding motor(300) to the second swing gear.
