PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove defects of a steam supplying system supplying high-pressure steam, by reducing pressure of supplied steam, while keeping the required temperature of the steam. SOLUTION: The steam supplying system comprises a steam boiler 1 for generating steam by heating water, and a steam-supplying route 2 for sending the steam generated in the steam boiler 1 to a steam using part. Halfway on the steam-supplying route 2, a pressure reducing device 3 for reducing pressure of the steam and a superheater 4 for superheating the steam are arranged in order from the up-stream side. In this system, the steam generated in the steam boiler 1 is decompressed, superheated, and supplied to the steam using part as high temperature low-pressure superheated steam. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
