INDUSTRIAL INSULATING PANEL

PURPOSE: An insulating panel is provided to greatly increase strength for protecting distortion and/or bending of the panel and to minimize variation of the panel during mechanical processing by comprising cross-linked top and bottom core materials. CONSTITUTION: The insulating panel is prepared by bending a steel sheet or a hard panel material to continuously form a number of straight uneven portions(11,12) and comprises a pair of top and bottom core materials(10,10') welding-coupled in the cross-linked status; an insulating material(20) consisting of urethane foam and charged into a dimple portion in the linked core materials(10,10') to be integrated together; and a cover sheet(30) consisting of metallic plate or artificial leather and adhered to top and bottom sides of the core materials(10,10') to protect the insulating material(20) and finish surface of the panel.
