SOLID ELECTROLYTIC CONDENSER

PURPOSE: A solid electrolytic condenser is provided to remove a bending process and reduce a manufacturing cost by welding an anode wire on a groove of an anode lead frame by means of the laser beam. CONSTITUTION: A solid electrolytic condenser includes a condenser element(10), an anode wire(20), an anode lead frame(30), a cathode lead frame(40), and an epoxy case. The anode wire(20) is extended as much as the constant length from one side of the condenser element(10). A groove(32) is formed on one end of the anode lead frame(30). The other end of the anode lead frame(30) is mounted on the substrate. One end of the cathode lead frame(40) is adhered on an outer surface of the condenser element(10). The other end of the cathode lead frame(40) is mounted on the substrate. The epoxy case is used for protecting the condenser element(10), the anode lead frame(30), and the cathode lead frame(40).
