The invention concerns an isolated hybrid double-strand DNA molecule for use as non-homologous recombination substrate comprising: a single unidirectional promoter and at least two different reporter genes, respectively A and C in the direction of transcription; the only gene under the control of said promoter being the reporter gene A, and two identical sites of directed double-strand cleavage, the first cleavage site being located between the promoter and the reporter gene A and the second cleavage site being located upstream of the reporter gene C on therein and the use of said hybrid double-strand DNA molecule for measuring the non-homologous DNA recombination or non-homologous end joining in mammalian cells, as well as for screening anti-cancer and anti-retroviral drugs.
|
