It also has, on its outer surface, at least one recess (16a, 16b) located on the main journal (10) in a first position axially in the vicinity of the crank arm (12) and conforming circumferentially to the position of the crank pin (14), or on the crank pin (14) in a second position, circumferentially opposite the first position.
