SUBSTANCE: the mixer has a cylindrical working chamber with branch pipes for loading of free-flowing components and unloading of the product, vertical shaft connected to which are horizontal axles linked with a bevel gearing installed on which are taper working members. The taper working members, turned with the vertex to the vertical axis, have flexible cantilever rods and are installed for pressing to the bottom of the chambers.
