FIELD: manufacture of parts reinforced by fiber out of dry blanks on the basis of composite material by the injection method with subsequent hardening at a low pressure, and the device for realization of this method. SUBSTANCE: the blank on the basis of fibrous composite is placed in a mould, an auxiliary appliance for reducing the resistance to flow is positioned on the surface of the blank. The first cavity is formed with the aid of a membrane matrix that is gas permeable and non-permeable for the material, enveloping the blank at least from one side providing the matrix material delivery to this first cavity. The second cavity is formed adjacent to the first cavity restricted relative to the environment by a film non-permeable for gas and matrix material and sealed relative to the mould. Then air is evacuated from the second cavity, which provides for delivery of the matrix material to the vacuumized first cavity due its sucking-in under the action of rarefaction from the service tank. For reducing the resistance to flow the auxiliary appliance provides for distribution of the matrix material over the blank surface facing it, and penetration of the matrix material to the blank. The description of the device for realization of the method is also given. EFFECT: prevented formation of pores in the product, installation of traps for resin preventing damage-to the vacuum pump is not needed. 2 cl, 6 dwg
