A home fitness raining equipment has a bench supported on a rear frame (14) and a front frame (10) and with a tilt mounted back support (10) and a tilt mounted seat (16). The rear of the back support has two parallel rails with open profiles facing each other and with a sliding grip for a tilt adjustment frame mechanically linked to a grip frame (28) via which the user is able to lift the back support for exercising stomach muscles. Elastic ties (11) pull the back support into the prone position and provide a resistance to the exercise. The seat is supported on an H-profile frame and can be set into different tilt positions, with an adjustable foot grip (19) under the front of the seat.
