FIELD: mechanical engineering; materials handling facilities. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to large-size containers which can be used as demountable bodies of trucks with provision of combined transportation on railway flat cars. Proposed container has housing with upper and lower coaxial fitting units provided with upper support end faces and receiving sockets and through-shaped roof. Triangular gusset plates are installed on container roof. Two apices of each gusset plate are hinge-connected with roof, and third apes has fitting unit with spherical joint and support rod on free end of which stop and spherical socket are made. Each support rod is installed for contact of its end face with bottom of receiving socket of housing upper fitting unit. Stops of support rods are arranged in receiving sockets of housing upper fitting units. Support rods are arranged coaxially to upper and lower fitting units of housing. Transportation locks of each support rod are installed on slanted sections of roof. Each gusset plate is connected with slanted section of roof by compression springs. Spring-loaded locks of gusset plate transportation position are installed on slanted section of roof. EFFECT: possibility of multitier mounting on containers with trough-shaped roofs. 8 dwg |
