FIELD: construction engineering; devices for slaking lime and preparation of lime paste. SUBSTANCE: proposed plant includes mixing unit, pre-filter mounted above it, intermediate reservoir, pump, filter and settling reservoir having water drainage hole in its lower part and fabric water-permeable bag. Settling reservoir is additionally provided with inner fabric water-tight bag with hollow perforated cylinder and drainage system inside it. According to another version, plant includes mixing unit, pre-filter mounted under it, intermediate reservoir, pump and settling reservoir having water drainage hole in its lower part and water-tight fang. Settling reservoir is elongated in plan. Several fabric water-tight bags are suspended above reservoir for horizontal motion. Fabric water- tight bags have valves in their lower portion. Lime paste receiver is mounted beyond settling reservoir in succession with it. EFFECT: increased productivity. 8 cl, 7 dwg |
