Solution: A method of packing and/or preserving roasted coffee beans or coffee beans ground after roasted, wherein, after coffee beans are roasted or roasted and cooled, roasted coffee beans are ground as necessary, the coffee beans or the ground coffee beans are placed in a practically-oxygen-impermeable container, and the container is sealed without being depressurized.</p> |
