FIELD: civil engineering, design of fire-proof partitions, door and window blocks, show windows and stained-glass panels. SUBSTANCE: fire-proof building structure for assembly of window and door blocks, partitions, show windows and stained- glass panels has at least one fire-resistant block anchored between metal profiles with internal spaces and fire-resistant filling agent. Structure includes at least one steel tube made in internal space of profile. Walls of internal space carry fire-resistant coat and heat-absorbing filling agent in the form of water-containing gel based on silicates of alkaline metals, or organic polymers, or gypsum is positioned between abovementioned walls and steel tube. Process of manufacture of fire-proof building structure includes assembly of metal profiles with internal spaces, installation of fire-proof blocks and fire-resistant filling agent. One steel tube as minimum filled with fire-resistant filling agent is installed in internal space. Fire-resistant coat is deposited on walls of internal space. Heat-absorbing filling agent in the form of water-containing gel based on silicates of alkali metals, or organic polymers, or gypsum is placed between steel tube and walls of internal space.
