摘要 <p>The invention concerns a method for extracting at least one compound present in a first phase using a porous membrane whereof one first surface is contacted with said first phase and the second opposite surface is contacted with a second phase, said second phase having a lower concentration of said compound relative to that of said first phase, said compound to be extracted being transferred from said first phase to said second phase by diffusion through the pores of said porous membrane, mainly under the effect of the concentration gradient in said compound(s) to be extracted between said first and second phases. The method is characterized in that said porous membrane is a ceramic material membrane, and it consists in providing a static pressure higher by 0.1 to 1 bar relative to atmospheric pressure, preferably higher by 0.2 bar relative to atmospheric pressure, at least in said liquid first phase, the static pressure difference between the two surfaces of the membrane being less than 1 bar, preferably less than 0.6 bar, and/or in providing a static pressure difference between the two surfaces of the membrane, consisting in an excess pressure of 0.1 to 1 bar on the side of said first phase.</p>
