Disclosed is a springing mat (10), particularly for cushioning all types of seats, beds, or chairs. Said springing mat (10) is provided with spring elements (12) which are arranged next to each other in a first direction and are connected to each other perpendicular to the first direction so as to cooperate with each other, whereby the desired impression of being seated in a soft manner is created in an alternative fashion.
