FIELD: construction industry, locking facilities of windows, transoms, doors in residential or public buildings . SUBSTANCE: windows for exit of bolts are made in horizontal flange of body of catch and have width equal to width of bolts. Bolts are placed on pull rod with the help of axles. Upper part of pull rod has pockets and clips of bolts are installed in body of catch with horizontal flange downwards. Axial displacement of pull rod is built on principle of rack mechanism.
