<p>A method of detecting a gene polymorphism characterized by comprising constructing an oligonucleotide probe and/or an oligonucleotide primer in such a manner that the oligonucleotide probe and/or the oligonucleotide primer contain a polymorphism site occurring in a gene encoding a receptor or a sequence complementary thereto or, in the case of amplifying at least one of a gene encoding a receptor and a sequence complementary thereto, the polymorphism site is contained in the thus amplified fragment, and detecting at least one gene polymorphism in a gene encoding a target receptor with the use of the oligonucleotide probe and/or the oligonucleotide primer constructed above.</p> |
