The cover is formed as a one-piece injection molding with 2 plastics components, provided by an edge region (1) of a relatively hard plastics material and a central region (3) of a relatively soft plastics material, incorporating a horizontal slit (4) with a vertical slit (5,6) at either end, for allowing insertion of a CD. The core of the edge region of the cover may be provided by the relatively soft plastics material, with holes (2) provided in the edge region used for fixing screws.
