FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has distal portion of pedicle manufactured as obelisk. Proximal portion of the medial side is curved as arc and has hexagonal cross-section above the tangential line where the median arc is tangential to the distal portion of the pedicle. Specific geometrical dimensions of the pedicle are determined from mathematical expressions depending on medial arc radius and ordinal number of pedicle type and size. The proximal side is beveled on the lateral side. The proximal portion of the pedicle has three-dimensional capillary porous coating which thickness is not less than maximum pore size. Coating porosity is equal to at least 50%. The pedicle is covered with bioinert coating of zirconium biologically compatible with organism tissue.
