<p>FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: invention presents a method and a device for realization of biochemical reactions. The method provides for realization of the biochemical reaction in the device containing a body, that has a reaction chamber with a producing system composed of bio-chemically active components and a feeding chamber of a liquid feeding medium for the producing system. The feeding chamber is divided into the first and second sections separated from the reaction chamber by semi-permeable membranes and linked to each other by a pipeline. The biosynthesis process includes three stages realized simultaneously. During the first of them the liquid from the first section is fed into the reaction chamber. Then from it the liquid is fed into the second section and from the second section it through the pipeline is directed to the first section to arrange its circulation in direction of the flow through the indicated sections and reaction chamber. The semi-permeable membrane of the device has a filtering layer forming a surface, located in the reaction chamber, as well as back-up layered located in the sections of the feeding chamber.
