The system has a base module (1) with a first heat exchanger (3) having a first helical pipe (4) with heat transfer medium and defining a chamber (6). A first axial section (7) of the chamber is a combustion chamber with burner (8) and is connected to a second axial section (14). A first end (11) of the pipe serves as feed (21) to the heating appliance. An output module (22) has a second heat exchanger with a second pipe (25) with heat transfer medium. A second end (12) of the first pipe acts as return (20) for the heating appliance, and thereby forms a non-condensing heat cell. To form a condensing heat cell (38), the output module is fitted into the second chamber section, and a first end (28) of the second pipe is connected to the second end of the first pipe, and the second end (29) of the second pipe serves as return (20) for the heating appliance. |
