<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation type seal roller which eliminates a rotary brush for electricity and does not bring about a fusing phenomenon of a bearing portion. <P>SOLUTION: A shaft 22 formed of a non-magnetic material such as aluminum or the like is attached via ball bearings to each of a pair of bearings 21 fixed to a machine table 20 of the bag making and filling machine and arranged such that the axis lines are parallel to the vertical direction, a steel-made roller 14 is fixed to each axis with a key 23, a non-magnetic metal-made circular supporting table 24 arranged around each axis 22 is fixed to the upper surface of the machine table 20, and an induction coil 25 is arranged in the portion on each supporting table opposite to the lower surface of each of both the rollers 14. The induction coil 25 connected with the electromagnetic induction heating apparatus functions so that the opposing steel-made rollers 14 generate heat by the resonance whereby the two thermoplastic films clamped by both the rollers 14 are melt-bonded to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
