PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle air cleaner for blowing clean air while controlling humidity. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle air cleaner comprises an on-vehicle air cleaner casing 1 having blowing means 9 for supplying air to an occupied space, a support 5 for supporting the on-vehicle air cleaner casing, and a supporting column 4 connecting the casing to the support. The supporting column is provided with detachable water retaining means 7, and water feeding means 13, 14 are connected to the water retaining means for feeding water therefrom to an air side supplying it to the occupied space. With humidity to be added to air controlled by utilizing water in the water retaining means 7, clean air having the humidity controlled in a wide range from dry air to wet air can be supplied to the occupied space.
