PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated body for a paper container for retort processing and a container which are excellent in various physical properties such as pinhole resistance, heat resistance, water resistance, pressure resistance, heat-sealing characteristics, piercing resistance, and other characteristics, excellent in anti-deformation strength, excellent in light screening properties, and gas barrier properties such as oxygen gas and steam, durable to heat processing such as retort processing, excellent in interlaminar releasing strength with no printing ink peeling off, excellent in filling suitability for a content, and excellent in quality maintenance. SOLUTION: The laminated body for the paper container for retort processing and the container are characterized by the laminated body in which at least an outermost layer, a paper base material layer, an intermediate resin layer, an interlayer and an innermost layer are successively laminated, and the interlayer constituting the laminated body comprising at least a barrier layer and/or a pinhole-resistant layer, and the interlaminar space between the interlayer and the innermost layer being laminated through an adhesive layer for dry lamination.
