Disclosed is a repair composite for pavement and pothole repair. The repair composite is composed of an amount of an isophalic polyester casting resin premixed with dry silica sand, cobalt in combination with dimethylanaline, and a catalyst, such as Lupersol(R) (methly ethyl ketone peroxide catalyst). Additionally, the composite may include reinforcing structures.
